Slot: 2026-10-02 09:00 Europe/London
✅ Posted by Sam · 2026-10-02 09:01 Europe/London

Settled

Who’s posting today?

When the daily Story lives in a group chat, someone has to ask who’s on it. On busy days, nobody is.

One card per Story

Each Story, picked from your Google Drive (here’s how today’s Story is picked), arrives as the real card: the photo, “📸 @example.brand”, its slot, and the buttons. You can try the card on the home page.

🚀 Post now
Publishes it to your Story through Instagram’s official API.
✅ Posted myself
Posted it by hand? One tap keeps the record straight.
⏭️ Skip
Not today. It goes back in the line-up for later.
🚫 Reject
Not ever. It won’t come up again.

The first tap settles it

Anyone in your workspace can act on the card, and people outside it can’t. A second tap gets the first tap’s answer, and the card settles on “✅ Posted by Sam · 2026-10-02 09:01 Europe/London”, by display name, never an email.

Nothing posts without a tap

Every Story waits for someone on your team, and every tap is on the record: who did what, and when.

Not on Telegram? Use the web.

The same Story waits in your Queue on the web, marked “awaiting approval”, with Approve, Posted myself, Skip and Reject. Telegram is optional.

Nothing to wire

No spreadsheet, no automation flow and no bot to create. After your invite, you link your group to Storydump’s bot during setup. For why small teams approve in a chat, read the guide.

Setup, in short

  1. Join the waitlist. We’re inviting people in small batches, and we’ll email you when your spot is ready. Join the waitlist

  2. Make sure your Instagram account is a professional account (Business or Creator). Instagram account guide

  3. Put your photos and videos in Google Drive, one folder for each kind of Story. Folder guide

  4. Once you’re in, connect Instagram with its own login and Google Drive read-only, pick your folders, and set Stories a day, hours and time zone. Linking a Telegram group is optional. The full setup guide

One card. Anyone on the team can take it.
